I admit, this picture is posed. But, she decorated the entire tree almost by herself. I had to disperse some of the ornaments because the left side was pretty heavily decorated and the right side was pretty sparse. She is so excited for Christmas she can hardly wait, however, she keeps calling it her birthday instead of Christmas.

Notice the right side of his cheek just lateral to his eye, you can see a scab. He was in his first fight at school and lost to an older boy---he took a chunk out of his cheek with his teeth. Mason is no worse for the wear, but if that kid bites Mason again I will find out who he is and rip his binki out of his mouth to show him I'm serious.
Melia had her first gymnastics meet, Kate Wing is her best friend and they take lessons together. They were both so excited and did so well, usually in class they have to be separated so that they don't try to compete and beat each other to the next apparatus. During the meet they both did fabulously well, and were both so proud of their medals that they showed every single stranger on the way out of the gymnasium.

Mason's blessing with the family. We all are matching with the same color idea. It was a hectic day, Melia's dress ripped and 2 minutes before sacrament started I was sewing. We all arrived late and almost missed the blessing, Mason only got his top half dressed but luckily his bottom half was white pajama bottoms and nobody noticed. We had all my family and all Mat's family present for the blessing and a big lunch afterward. It was a wonderful time.

Mason was more interested in eating Big Bird's feathers, Melia was so excited her smile stretched from ear to ear. This was at Sea World at the Sesame Street breakfast. Melia could care less about the food, which was fortunate because the breakfast was as bad as the breakfast at the cafeteria at the new hospital. The eggs were spongy, the french toast was thick and dry and cold, the potatoes were loaded with onions, the juice was boxed. Melia loved it because she got to see all of the Sesame street characters. She even got to pose with her class Tiger so she could share her adventures with her friends at school.

We have the cutest two children on the face of the earth, I know everybody feels the same about their children but sadly they are wrong. Melia and Mason are beautiful, sweet, kind, happy (all except healthy).
